Reporting a bug / sending feedback

Fastest way: in the app, use the Send Feedback / Report a Bug feature (account menu at the top right → Support) — it goes straight to the project owner, with your app version/platform attached automatically to make debugging easier. You can leave contact info (email/Discord) if you'd like a reply; it's optional.

FAQ

The app can't connect to the Hub / I don't see community builds?

Check that your machine has an internet connection.
Try again — hub.dfmate.com may be restarting (maintenance/a new release).
If you're on a locked-down work/school network, try a different network.

Why do I need to log in (Discord/Google)?

Login is only needed to comment on a build — viewing, liking, reporting, submitting a new build, and sending feedback all work without logging in. Login only reads your public display name + avatar, never your email (see Privacy).

What's the LAN Hub, and how is it different from the community hub?

That's a separate mode for syncing builds between machines on the same local network (e.g. home/office), using a 6-digit pairing code, with no internet involved — unrelated to the public community hub at hub.dfmate.com. The two modes are entirely separate.

I want to delete my login account.

You can self-delete it in the app at any time — see Privacy, section 5, for details.
